Since more than 20 years, EmTroniX is designing and producing advanced electronics and embedded software for NewSpace applications. We are gathering seven fields of expertise in-house gathering unique experiences and extended technical knowledge in electronics, embedded software, digital signal processing and telecommunication systems design.
Recently, EmTroniX has decided to focus on the development and commercialisation of its new products portfolio and engineering services based on these products.
This role of Project Manager will directly contribute to this purpose. On a shorter term, the position will allow support the company in closing the current backlog of activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment on goals and project progress
- Develop comprehensive project proposals, including objectives, scope, key deliverables, resource needs, and execution strategy
- Manage the project’s scope with the project team, company priorities and customer requests
- Ensure that the projects are achieved on-time, within budget and at the required quality
- Allocate priorities, resolve issues promptly, and maintain progress against agreed deadlines
- Track and control costs to prevent overruns, adjusting plans where necessary
- Identify potential risks, assess their likelihood and impact, and work with stakeholders to implement mitigation strategies
- Organize all milestone reviews and internal gates. Prepare the documentation for key project milestones, reviews, and closure, including reports, presentations, and contractual materials
- Ensure timely delivery of all outputs
- Work together with product management and quality teams to ensure compliance with customer and internal policies and standards
- Prepare and present regular project reports to company management and customers
- Positively influence projects through personal behaviour and attitude, being a role-model in terms of integrity and professionalism
- Use and respect company and customer escalation schemes
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Graduate with Master’s Degree in engineering, telecommunications, or a related technical discipline
- 4–7 years of project management experience within a high-tech or regulated industry
- Past experience within space industry desired
- Familiar with space industry standards and procedures, particularly ECSS preferred
- Experienced in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and performance tracking
- Ability to prioritize effectively, make sound decisions, and delegate when needed
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a focus on mutually beneficial outcomes
- Able to work independently as well as within a collaborative team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral as well as relationship-building skills
- Analytical mind to summarize discussions and meetings
- Experience with Jira, MS Office
- Fluent in English and preferably French
