Following his recent announcement, CEO Etienne Le Bras has introduced the new EmTroniX Board of Directors— the leadership team that will work alongside him to drive the company’s next phase of growth. This strengthened governance structure reflects EmTroniX’s ambition to scale its activities in the global space electronics market, while reinforcing operational excellence, innovation, and customer-focused delivery.
The new board brings together senior expertise across all core domains of the business, ensuring strong alignment between technology development, manufacturing, quality, program execution, and market positioning. As illustrated in the accompanying photo, this team of seven leaders represents the key pillars of the organisation and will play a central role in shaping its future.
A leadership team aligned with market needs
The newly appointed Board of Directors includes:
- Claudio Pires Carvalho, Chief Technology Officer, ensuring our products and solutions remain at the forefront of space electronics and continue to meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Denis Coat, Director of Quality, leading the company’s quality strategy, including the ISO 9001 and EN9100 implementation and certification, as well as continuous improvement across all operations.
- Maxime Wolf, Chief Manufacturing Officer, responsible for industrialisation, manufacturing, assembly, integration and testing operations, driving efficiency, scalability, and industrial excellence across our production activities.
- Anne Rassel, Director of Human Resources, responsible for talent development, organisational performance, and building a strong, future-ready workforce.
- Aniela Szyszko, Chief Programs Officer, ensuring reliable program execution and alignment with customer requirements across institutional and commercial missions.
- Remco Timmermans, Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, leading global brand positioning, marketing strategy, and stakeholder engagement across the group.
