Etienne Le Bras has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of EmTroniX, marking an important step in the company’s continued growth and international expansion within the global space industry.
As the company’s former Chief Operating Officer, Le Bras brings extensive experience in the space technology sector, along with a strong vision for scaling innovative space technologies. As CEO, he will lead EmTroniX through its next phase of development, strengthening its position as a key supplier of advanced spacecraft electronics.
His appointment comes at a pivotal moment for the company, following the recently announced merger between EmTroniX and Anywaves. The strategic combination of the two companies brings together complementary expertise in satellite electronics and antenna technologies, creating new opportunities to deliver integrated solutions for satellite platforms and constellations.
This merger further reinforces EmTroniX’s ambition to grow from a strong Luxembourg-based technology company into a leading European and global player in the rapidly evolving space ecosystem.
“EmTroniX has built strong technological competences over the last 25 years and began to industrialise its new product portfolio, while the merger with Anywaves opens an exciting new chapter for the company,” said Le Bras. “By combining our complementary expertise and talented teams, we are well positioned to accelerate our developments, deliver even greater value to our customers and partners across the global space industry.”
In the coming weeks, Le Bras will introduce the leadership team that will support the company’s strategic roadmap and guide EmTroniX through this new phase of growth.
