For more than 20 years, EmTroniX has been designing and producing advanced electronics and embedded software for New Space applications. Seven fields of in-house expertise give us an extended technical knowledge in electronics, embedded software, digital signal processing and telecommunication systems design. Recently, EmTroniX decided to focus on the development and commercialisation of its new products portfolio. This role of System Engineer will directly contribute to this purpose with a technical involvement in all aspects of mission and product design, from requirement management to integration and verification. EmTroniX is an energetic, human-sized and innovative engineering company with more than 30 international employees.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Define and implement EmTroniX’s external communication plan according to the company strategic goals
- Manage and maintain EmTroniX website using WordPress
- Develop and implement EmTroniX internal communication strategy to create a strong cohesion within the company and the teams: intranet, team building, day to day communication, all hands meeting
- Plan, manage and participate in events and conferences the company attends
- Create content: flyers, videos, datasheets, roll ups, document templates, office signage, goodies etc.
- Manage EmTroniX’s social media: planning, content creation, implementation, KPI
- Contribute creative solutions to promote EmTroniX’s New Space product portfolio
- Strongly support, develop and contribute to defining company identity
- Be the press contact and implement a press strategy
- Help the CEO with company presentation
- Support the other departments whenever it is needed: HR, administrative, office management etc.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of the space industry and market
- Knowledge of the press ecosystem in Europe
- Skills in photography and in video editing
- Graphical skills
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Familiar with Adobe suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, Aftereffect)
- Familiar with WordPress and MS SharePoint
- Ability to work autonomously and in a highly technical environment
- Fluent in English and French – German is a strong asset
- Master’s degree in communication
- Over 5 years relevant experience
